Northern California Housing Trust is now accepting loan inquiries for affordable housing projects in need of financing.

Northern California Housing Trust (NCHT), a nonprofit regional loan fund, will now be accepting inquiries for affordable housing projects in need of financing. Projects should serve households with incomes between 0-60% of area median income (AMI). Possible projects can include shelters, transitional housing and permanent supportive housing. NCHT’s current priorities are shorter-term loans (1-5 years) for the acquisition, predevelopment, and construction of projects.
